Shipping
Where do you ship?
Canyon Creative Studio ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations. Shipments also cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses.
What delivery options are available?
We offer three delivery tiers, depending on product type and lead time:
- In Studio Items: Ship out in 2–4 business days
- Standard Lead Time Items: Ship out in 2–4 weeks
- Custom Pieces: Ship out in 8 weeks.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Oversized and furniture items requiring White Glove Delivery Service may take an additional 1–3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
How are shipping fees calculated?
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of each item
- Maximum shipping charge per order: $399.00
- Free shipping: Orders over $10,000.00
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. For oversized items shipping via White Glove Delivery, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery window.
Can I schedule my delivery date?
If your order is being delivered via White Glove service, the carrier will reach out prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time. Because someone must be home to accept and sign for the delivery, it’s important to confirm your availability when scheduling.
Do you provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) for deliveries?
Yes. Our White Glove delivery partners can provide a COI if required by your building or property management. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate this on your behalf.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the request is made before the item ships out. Once an item is in transit, we are unable to reroute deliveries.
What should I do when my order arrives?
- Customers must inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Claims for shipping damage or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Canyon Creative Studio is not responsible for delays once items are in transit or for circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions).
Do you offer special arrangements for deliveries outside your shipping zones?
For orders outside our standard delivery zones, we may be able to accommodate special delivery arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@canyoncreative.studio to discuss.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers must first contact Canyon Creative Studio to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any item back. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Custom pieces, made-to-order items, vintage/one-of-a-kind items, final sale items, and items damaged after delivery are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
To request a return and obtain an RMA, email us at info@canyoncreative.studio with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my item is damaged on arrival?
Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist in filing a claim.
Custom Orders
How long do custom orders take?
Custom pieces generally ship in 8 weeks, though lead times may vary depending on complexity and materials. Timelines are listed on each product page.
Can I cancel or change a custom order?
Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Are custom orders returnable?
No. All custom orders are final sale.
Special request
Do you offer trade, designer, or bulk order accommodations?
Yes. We welcome trade and designer partnerships and can often accommodate bulk orders. Please contact us at info@canyoncreative.studio for details.
Can I request special delivery accommodations?
Yes. For unique delivery needs or locations outside our standard service zones, we can often arrange special delivery on a case-by-case basis. Additional costs will apply. Please reach out to info@canyoncreative.studio to discuss.
